Yes! Please plan extra travel time to get to wedding events! The city will be very busy due to the Zinzinnati Oktoberfest & Cincinnati Reds game crowds. Please visit the “Welcome to Cincinnati” tab for more information on enjoying these events!

Welcome Party: Our Welcome Party is a ~come & go, stay as long as you would like~ function! It will be from 7pm-11pm on Friday night.

Wedding: Please arrive to the church between 6-6:15pm to ensure enough time to be seated before our processions begin. We ask that if you arrive after 6:25pm to please wait until after the full wedding party has processed down the aisle before entering the ceremony.

Wedding:

Our dress code is Black Tie (optional). Black Tie (optional) means black tie is encouraged - but don't stress! We ask that you refrain from wearing colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride such as white / cream. We want all guests to feel comfortable in whatever they choose to wear, but we love the idea of having all of our friends and family dressed up for the night! Our suggestion is floor length dresses for ladies & tuxes / black or dark dressy suits for the gentlemen.

Yes! Our venues are accessible for any handicap guests.

- For the Welcome Party, Rhinegeist is ADA compliant. To access the elevator, call the taproom in advance (513-381-1367) or, upon arrival, have someone from your party come up to the taproom and grab a staff member. They will let you in at our events entrance located directly across from our parking lot.

- For the Ceremony, guests needing accessibility options should enter The Cathedral via 11th Street side entrance for a ramp.

- For the Reception, the Netherland Plaza has elevators available to all levels. If you are needing a handicap accessible room, please speak with the hotel directly.

Reception: We love your kids, but wouldn't it be fun to have a parent's night out on the dancefloor? For this reason, the reception is an adults-only function.

Unfortunately, no! They are playing on Monday. We will be attending the Cincinnati Reds game on 9/22 at 1:10pm instead!

We recommend booking ASAP as it will be a very busy weekend in Cincinnati (Reds homegames & Oktoberfest!). However, our discounted rate is available thru 8/20.
